Who Can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab
Applicant must have a valid CNIC
Applicant must be the head of the family according to NADRA records
Applicant must own a residential plot in Punjab
Urban plot size should be up to 5 marla
Rural plot size should be up to 10 marla
Applicant must have a PMT score of 60 or below
Applicant must not be a bank defaulter
Applicant should have no criminal record
Applicant should belong to a low or middle-income family
